Who we are

Wyck decides how your email address is used, as described on this page. [legal entity and address to be added]

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, whether you joined as a brand or as a creator, and the time and version of your consent (version 2026-11-08). Nothing else.

Why

To tell you when Wyck launches. We do not use your email for anything else.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)). You give it by ticking the box on the sign-up form.

How long we keep it

Until we have announced the launch, plus at most 30 days. You can ask us to remove your address sooner, at any time.

Who processes it for us

Supabase stores the waitlist. Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the bot check on the sign-up form. [safeguards for transfers outside the EU to be confirmed by the owners]

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. The bot check on the sign-up form (Cloudflare Turnstile) only loads when you reach the form, and may use its own technical storage to tell people and bots apart.
